My story begins with my earliest memories of the kitchen, where I watched my mother and grandmother whip up delicious, heartwarming meals that brought our family together. Those moments sparked a deep appreciation for the art of cooking and the magic it can create.

The turning point came when the company I worked for was scaled-down, and I found myself jobless. To survive in a challenging economy I decided to cook a pot of food and sell it to random people in smaller quantities on the streets. One pot turned into many pots of food, and I was delighted and realized that I must be doing something right to satisfy my customers’ taste buds. It was at that moment that I realized my true calling. With a heart full of dreams and a burning passion for creating unforgettable experiences through food, I founded Uncles Catering.
